I produced an interpretation development plan for seven fascinating sites owned and run by the Cornwall Heritage Trust. It gave the organisation the tools and inspiration to develop more engaging on-site interpretation and way-finding and will ultimately improve visitor experiences at all Cornwall Heritage Trust sites.
