From 2015-2018 I ran the Devon Remembers Heritage Project on behalf of the South West Heritage Trust. This project was based at the Devon Heritage Centre and was funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund.
It was one of the largest and most successful county-level First World War centenary projects in the UK. The project reached hundreds of thousands of people through research, volunteering, events, arts programmes and exhibitions.

The project engaged audiences of all ages through collaborations with the University of Exeter, the Royal Albert Memorial Museum, BBC Devon, local museums, community history groups, schools and artists. DRHP left a lasting legacy of valuable research findings, archives, creative memorials and a book, Devon During the First World War, that won second place in the 2018 Alan Ball Awards for local history publishing in the UK.
